Rescue

Safe hands for dogs who have been abandoned, abused or left to suffer.

What we do

Rescue at Lumina Forever Home

Lumina Forever Home began when one person could not turn away from a dog in need. Since then, one rescue has turned into another.

We take in dogs who have been abandoned, abused or left to suffer, including dogs who came dangerously close to ending up in slaughterhouses.

Every dog is given somewhere safe, a warm welcome and the first steps towards a better life.

Our work

Dogs who have been abandoned, abused or left to suffer, some who came dangerously close to the slaughterhouse, are brought to safety.

Medical care, nourishing food and a calm, loving place to heal, so every dog can feel safe again.

The goal for every dog is a loving forever home where they never have to be afraid again.

Any kind of support would mean the world: a bag of rice, some dog food, help with veterinary expenses, a kind message, or simply sharing our story.
